Ren Jianxin
Mr. Ren serves as the Chairman of Directors for China National Chemical Corporation. Since September 2008 he also serves as the Chairman of Directors for China National Bluestar Co., Ltd. He has a Master of Economics and Management from Lanzhou University
Nochi Dankner
Mr. Dankner is the major shareholder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the IDB Group.
He is also the founder and Chairman of the Ganden Group, which holds controlling interest of IDB and is a leading holding company.
Currently, Mr. Dankner leverages his broad entrepreneurial and managerial experience to actively manage the IDB Group companies.
Mr. Dankner serves as the Chairman of the board of directors and as a director in private and public companies within the IDB Group
Yang Xingqiang
Mr. Yang has been appointed chairman of the board of Makhteshim Agan as of October 2011. Mr. Yang also serves as Vice President of China National Chemical Corporation since 2009. Prior to this role, he served as President of China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation and Chairman of Adisseo and BSI in France and Qenos in Australia, BlueStar’s overseas subsidiaries. Mr. Yang is also Senior Vice Chairman of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. As a senior engineer, Mr. Yang received his education in chemistry from Sichuan University.
Raanan Cohen
Mr. Cohen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Koor Industries. He also serves as the Vice President of Discount Investments Corporation and as a director of a number of companies in the IDB group, including Cellcom and Property & Building Corporation.
Mr. Cohen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scailex Corporation Ltd. (formerly Scitex) and was an associate with McKinsey & Company in London. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Israel Legal Bar.
Ami Erel
Mr. Erel has been appointed chairman of the board of Makhteshim Agan as of January 1, 2011 and has served as a Board of Directors member since August 6, 2006.
Mr Erel also serves as President and CEO, Discount Investment Corp. Ltd; Chairman of Cellcom Israel Ltd., Koor Industries Ltd. and NetVision Ltd.; and as a director of Elron Electronic industries Ltd. He previously served as Chairman & CEO, Elron Electronic Industries Ltd.; President & CEO, Bezeq the Israel Telecommunication Corp. Ltd.; Chairman of the Board, Pelephone Communications Ltd. As of September 2009 Mr. Erel also serves as Chairman of the Board of The Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute while prior to that he served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Manufacturers Association of Israel and as Chairman of the Board of Israel Association of Electronics and Information Industries.
Mr Erel holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
Lei Zhihong
Mr. Lei serves as the General Manager of China National Agrochemical Corporation as well as the Vice President of China National Chemical Corporation. Since January 2011 he has taken the position as the Director of CNAC International Company Ltd., and since January 2006 he has been the Chairman of Directors for the Jiangsu Anpon Electrochemical Co. Ltd. Mr. Lei has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Open University of China.
Mr. Ross Macallister
Mr. Macallistor is the Group CIO of China National Chemical Corporation. His previous role was a partner at Atos Origin, Business Consulting. He has a degree in PgDip Management & Business Management Studies from the University of West London (formerly Thames Valley University)
