MA to extend debenture series The Company's Board of Directors has authorized the issuance of no less than NIS 300 million by extending the Company's debenture Series C and/or D, in accordance with a shelf prospectus that was filed on May 27, 2008. In addition, the Company reported that Standard & Poor's Maalot ("Maalot") notified today that the extended debentures were assigned an ilAA rating up to an issuance of NIS 500 million and reconfirmed the ilAA rating for debenture Series B, C and D, with a negative outlook. Maalot also notified that the debentures are no longer on a negative credit watch.
