Immediate report Makhteshim Agan Industries (the "Company") reported today, that on May 14, 2006, Schroder Investment Management LTD purchased 506,509 of the Company's ordinary shares and consequently became a holder of 24,161,246 of the Company's ordinary shares which amounts to 5.37% and 5.43% of the Company issued shares and voting rights, respectively.
