Following the release made by the Company's shareholder, Koor Industries Ltd. ("Koor"), on April 21, 2008 with respect to a contact Koor maintained regarding a party interested in sharing in its holdings of the Company, the Company hereby notifies that on May 12, 2008 Koor reported that it decided to cease the abovementioned contact.
