Makhteshim Agan announces completion of transition to the updated organizational structure
Tel-Aviv, Israel (May 3, 2010) – Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd. (TASE:MAIN), announced the completion of its global leadership changes, following the announcement of Mr. Erez Vigodman January 24, 2010.
The Company has completed the assignment of all its management team members and the migration into a matrix base organizational structure.
Summary of the reported changes:
1. Mr. John Rabby completed his term as North American Regional Manager.
2. Mr. Ran Maidan will complete his term as CFO on May 31st, 2010; Mr. Aviram Lahav will resume the position of CFO as of June 1st, 2010.
3. Mr. Ran Maidan will be appointed as Asia-Pacific, Africa and Israel Regional Head.
4. Mr. Shaul Friedland finished his term as Vice President of Marketing on April 30th, 2010 and was appointed as Regional Head of the Americas beginning May 1st, 2010.
5. Mr. Luiz Barone, CEO of Millennia subsidiary in Brazil, completed his term as an officer. Mr. Barone remains CEO of the subsidiary.
Other members of senior management include:
1. Chen Lichtenstein – SVP, Global Resources division, in addition to his position as Director of Corporate Development.
2. Yoav Zeif – SVP, Global Products & Marketing division.
3. Danny Harari - SVP Strategy, Innovation, Knowledge Management and BI.
4. Ignacio Dominguez – Regional Head of Europe.
5. Michal Arlozorov – SVP, General Legal consultant and Director of Global CSR.
6. Amos Rabin – SVP, Global HR.
