Brazil Examination Following examination conducted by Brazilian authorities of Milenia Agrociencias S.A., a Makhteshim Agan Group company in Brazil, with respect registrations of a number of formulations that Milenia manufactures and/or sells in Brazil, Milenia was instructed to temporarily refrain from manufacturing and selling such formulations, with such instruction to also apply to stock of some of Milenia's customers.  Milenia is working to continue supply of such or similar formulations from alternate sources.  At this stage, management of the Company is unable to assess the impact of this event on the Company’s operations and/or results.
