Migdal has become holder of more than 5% of MA shares Makhteshim Agan Industries (the "Company") reported today, that on November 13, 2008, Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings LTD, a Generali affiliate and Israel's largest insurer, purchased 380,285 of the Company's ordinary shares and consequently became a holder of 21,945,420 of the Company's ordinary shares which amount to 5.05% and 5.10% of the Company issued shares and voting rights, respectively.
