Immediate Report Following notifications made by the Company pursuant to which it purchases from time to time Company shares in accordance with the Company's share buy-back plan, which was approved by the Company's Board of Directors as detailed in the Company's immediate report 2008-01-069663 dated March 12, 2008, and due to the fact that the Company considers purchasing additional shares, and as a measure of caution only, the Company updates that in accordance with its previously reported  strategic goals, it examines from time to time possible cooperation with, or acquisitions of companies  related to its business. In particular, the Company has recently been examining the possibility of acquiring such non-Israeli firm of significant size.
