Immediate report by Koor Further to the immediate report of the Company dated June 24, 2008, it is hereby reported that its shareholder Koot Industries Ltd. ("Koor"), have made the following release today, June 26, 2008:   Representatives of the controlling shareholders in Koor, IDB Development Ltd. and Discount Investment Company, met today with the international party who expressed an interest in acquiring control in Koor. At the end of the meeting, the controlling shareholders of Koor decided not to open negotiations with the foreign entity.
