Notice re legal claim MA Industries ("the Compamy") announced that a third party notice was filed against its wholly owned subsidiary, Makhteshim Chemical Works Ltd. (MCW) with respect to three claims which were filed against the State of Israel and the Industrial Municipal Ramat Hovav, claiming for health injuries allegedly caused by pollutions from Ramat Hovav industrial zone. The plaintiffs states for damages of $70 in the various claims. To the best of the Company's knowledge, the abovementioned third party notice was filed against thirty six (36) entities and companies including MCW. Further details regarding the claim were included in the Company's 2007 annual report.
